Context

Here is a collection of games and projects that I made during the last 2 and a half years.

SpacePewer

Space Pewer was a little solo project that I developed for the Game and Level Design course in BTSGP. It's basically a space shooter where you find randomized loot such as weapons or "modifications". These modifications will change the effect of your shots like give them a shock effect so that enemies that are hit will shock nearby enemies or homing shots for example.

The Game was made in Gamemaker 2, one of the special things in this game is that I've made my own coordinate system and made an infinite world generator that could randomly generate some structures. GameMaker didn't support that so I teleported the player if he got too near to one of the edges of his chunk and I used a spacey star background so that the Player only thinks that the stars sparkle.

Incremental Breakout

Incremental Breakout is a little solo project that I've made for the Web Development course in BTSGP.

The game is basically Breakout but with an incremental twist. It was made in Phaser 3 and one of my first javascript experiences!

Arcadena

Arcadena is an Arcade game inspired by the game Outlaw on Atari. Our Game History and Culture teacher brought his Atari to the classroom for us to play with and Outlaw was by far the one we played the most. That inspired me to take the game and give it a few twists!

I was in charge of programming the game, implementing all mechanics.

But for this project we did not only make the game, we also made the arcade! I designed the Blueprints in Adobe Fusion 360 and helped cut the wooden pieces. I also painted the Arcade and we used Paint that you could draw with chalk on.

But wait! There's more
